WEM 14-1’s went undefeated to claim the championship of the Waseca 14s JO Tournament.

The WEM 17’s won the President’s Day Festival tournament this past weekend. They went undefeated throughout the tournament.
In their first pool they beat Zimmerman 2-0 (25-9, 25-8), Big Lake 2-1 (25-21, 23-25, 15-13), Club Shock 2-0 (25-11, 25-18)
In their second pool they beat Club Smash 2-0 (25-15, 25-21), Croix 2-0 (25-16, 25-15), PEM 2-1 (25-20, 24-26, 15-13).
They advanced to the gold bracket where they beat Glencoe-Silver Lake 2-0 (25-17, 26-24), Eau Claire 2-0 (25-8, 25-13), and they beat the Southern Elite 2-0 (25-18, 25-15) to win the championship.

WEM 17s JO volleyball team won the LeSueur-Henderson Tourney. In pool play WEM beat JWP, Waseca, & Ellsworth… In the gold bracket playoffs WEM beat St. Peter & Kasson-Mantorville to win the championship!

WEM 14-1’s JO volleyball team took first place at the LeSueur-Henderson Tourney.
In pool play WEM beat LeSueur-Henderson 14-2, Mayer Lutheran 13-2, & Sibley East 14-1. In the gold bracket playoffs WEM 14-1 beat WEM 14-2 & LeSueur-Henderson 14-1 to win the championship!

WEM is your 2015 Class A State Champions! WEM won 3 matches to claim the championship. In the quarterfinals they beat Ada-Borup 3-0. In the semi-finals WEM avenged an earlier season loss to beat Tracy-Milroy-Balaton 3-1. In the championship match WEM avenged another early season loss to beat Bethlehem Academy 3-2 (25-17, 25-18, 23-25, 23-25, 15-13). Kamryn Kendall, Kate Masberg, and RaeAhna Harmon were named to the All-Tournament team. This is the first championship for a girls team in WEM school history. WEM finished the season 34-3 overall.
